A full range of accommodation is available in Kyrgyzstan although reasonable quality international standard hotels are only available in Bishkek, whilst Osh and Issyk-Kul have hotels of differing standards and there are practically no hotels in the villages.

However, there are comfortable guesthouses and apartments in some of the villages. Staying in family run accommodation can be so much more rewarding for guests as they experience real family life and it is possible to stay with Kyrgyz, Russian, Uigur, Uzbek and Dungan families.

Alakol is situated in the Karakol town. The guesthouse is conveniently located near the ski base Karakol which makes it possible to minutely contemplate the beauty of the snow covered mountain peaks with their inimitable scenery right out from its windows.

There are 3 buildings in the guesthouse. In the first building there are 7 rooms, in the second one 3, and in the third one 4. All rooms are twin rooms except for the third building where there are 2 triple occupancy rooms.

All of the rooms are distinguished by elegant layout, and equipped with modern furniture.

Hot shower, toilet, Russian steam bath on firewood, billiards, Wi-Fi Internet, uninterruptible power supply, satellite TV, board games, separated kitchen, vast dining-room, spacious parking lot – all that and many more enables us to create for you a homelike stay.

Upon your request we can accommodate additional sleeping places.

Additional services:

Transport to ski base Karakol there and back is 200 som per person.

For your comfort we also can prepare lunch boxes (picnic in nature) only for 150 som.

For families and groups of 5 people there is a discount system.

Prices 

The cost of a room in Building 1 is 700 som/night per person, breakfast included. Lunch and dinner can be ordered separately for additional payment (around 300 som).

The cost of room in Building 2 is 600 som/night per person, breakfast included.

The cost of room in Building 3 is 500 som/night per person, breakfast included.
